All natural, wood cooked BBQ brisket by the pound.

We slow cook our brisket using pecan wood for 14 hours.  The result is a tender, flavorful meal that will satisfy the most discerning BBQ palate. Serve by itself, or make some sandwiches.  Each pound serves about 4 people.
